We respect intellectual property and act on valid complaints. Here’s how to report infringement, submit a counter-notice, and how removed material can be restored.
How it works
A copyright owner sends a valid notice to our DMCA Agent.
We review the notice and may remove or disable the material.
The responsible account holder is notified and given the notice.
The user may respond if it was a mistake or misidentification.
Material may be restored in 10–14 business days, unless suit is filed.

Notices and counter-notices may be submitted by email to the address above.
Jmoor respects intellectual property rights and expects users, customers, partners, contributors, and third parties to do the same.
This DMCA / Copyright Policy explains how copyright owners may report alleged copyright infringement appearing on or through Jmoor’s website, platform, user-generated content areas, public pages, integrations, or hosted materials.
This policy applies to copyright-related complaints involving:
This policy does not cover trademark disputes, privacy complaints, defamation claims, contractual disputes, or general content concerns — those should be sent to legal@jmoor.com.
DMCA notices and counter-notices should be sent to Jmoor’s designated DMCA Agent (see the DMCA Agent card above).
Service providers seeking DMCA safe-harbor protection must designate an agent and make the agent’s contact information available on their website and with the U.S. Copyright Office directory.
Before sending a notice, confirm that:
Submitting false or abusive notices may expose the sender to legal liability.
To be effective, a DMCA notice should be a written communication sent to Jmoor’s DMCA Agent and include substantially the following information:
These elements reflect the notice requirements under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

Under Section 512, service providers generally respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to material identified in a valid infringement notice.
A user whose content has been removed or disabled may submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification. A valid counter-notification should include:

If Jmoor receives a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant.
Unless the complainant notifies Jmoor that they have filed a court action, Jmoor may restore the removed material within the statutory timeframe — generally not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receipt of a valid counter-notice.
Jmoor may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly submit infringing material. Depending on the circumstances, enforcement actions may include:
Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that material was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees under applicable law.
Jmoor may reject abusive, fraudulent, incomplete, or bad-faith notices.
Although this policy is structured around the U.S. DMCA, Jmoor may also respond to copyright complaints under other applicable laws, including Canadian copyright law and international intellectual property frameworks.
Where a complaint arises outside the United States, Jmoor may request additional information, apply local legal standards, or handle the request under a separate intellectual property review process.
Users must not upload, transmit, publish, share, or store content through Jmoor unless they have the necessary rights.
Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded materials — including documents, images, logos, templates, financial reports, training materials, videos, and client files — do not violate third-party intellectual property rights.
If the allegedly infringing content is hosted by a third-party website, cloud provider, payment processor, social media platform, file-sharing service, or external integration, Jmoor may not have the ability to remove it.
In such cases, the complainant should contact the hosting provider or platform where the content is actually stored.
This policy is provided for operational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice.
Copyright owners, users, and account holders should consult legal counsel before submitting a DMCA notice, counter-notification, or related legal claim.
Jmoor may update this DMCA / Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, platform functionality, reporting processes, or operational requirements.
Material changes may be communicated through the website, platform notice, or other appropriate channels.
